OVERALL VEHICLE SPECS:
- 5 liter V8
- Automatic transmission
- Atlas transfer case
- Ruffstuff 9” Rear axle
- Bronco Dana 44 front axle
- 37” Goodyear MTR Tires
HERE’S WHAT WE DID:
- Started with the front suspension build and 6 months later did the rear suspension
- Cut out all existing suspension (radius arms in front and leaf springs in rear)
- Designed new suspension in CAD
- Added 3 link front
- Double triangulated 4 link rear
- 12” 2.125” ADS coil overs front and rear (started with Kings)
- High pinon ford Dana 44 was re-tubed to increase wheel mount and gain castor with improved pinon angle
- Custom truss on front axle and installed Ruffstuff truss in rear
- Antirock swaybars front and rear
- Custom skid plate
- Custom frame plates
- Custom bronco logo coilover towers, front and rear
- Fox steering stabilizer
- Ruffstuff aluminum tie rod
- Double sheered pitman arm
- Custom bracketry
- Customer wanted everything clear coated instead of black to show off the clean welds
