OVERALL VEHICLE SPECS:

HERE’S WHAT WE DID:
This customer wanted a "sleeper" pre-runner Tacoma with extremely comfortable suspension without the look of a typical sand pre-runner and without cutting the bed or fenders. We achieved this by building a cantilever system to house ADS 3.0" x 14" travel MBR shocks and tucking everything up under the bed.
Front Suspension:
- Installed Total Chaos lower control arms, lower uniball conversion kit, heim steering kit, coil tower gussets and eccentric cam gussets
- ADS 2.5" Coil overs
- Changed valving on coil overs and changed springs from 600 to 450
- ADS Hydraulic Bump Stop
- Built and mounted striker plate to lower control arm for the bump stop to land on
Rear Suspension:
- Trail Gear 8.4" fabricated housing
- Boxed and plated the frame
- F55 Deaver spring under with Ruffstuff spring under perches, spring plates and u-bolts
- Built our own 12" shackles and spring hangers
- Built custom cantilever system to house shocks
- ADS 3.0" x 14" travel MBR shocks
- ADS Hydraulic bump stops and limit straps
- Finishing out the rear we built a custom pre-runner bumper
