2003 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner "Sleeper" Edition with Cantilever Suspension: Finished Build
OVERALL VEHICLE SPECS: 2003 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner V6, 2WD 1.5" ish lift over stock on baby 31" tires HERE’S WHAT WE DID: This customer wanted a "sleeper" pre-runner Tacoma with extremely comfortable suspension without the look of a typical sand pre-runner and without cutting the bed or fenders. We achieved this by building a cantilever system to house ADS 3.0" x 14" travel MBR shocks and tucking everything up under the bed. Toyota 4Runner Suspension Build
This build was a fun one since we haven't worked on a Toyota 4Runner in awhile. This customer had done a lot of his own work on the truck but was ready for a smoother ride. We kept a lot of his existing parts, but put a shiny new triangulated 3-link suspension set up with some awesome new ADS shocks.Here's some specs!
