Vintage 1974 Ford Bronco: Custom Roll Cage, Plate Bumper, + Suspension Upgrades

It's been awhile since we shared a project on here! Just have had our nose down working to bring your visions to life. This customer brought in a Vintage 1974 Ford Bronco that he was ready to beef up for wheeling trips with his kids.

Here's all the specs we fabricated:

Roll Cage & Sliders:

6 point family-friendly cage tied into a 4 point engine cage through the firewall, all tied directly into the frame
Custom rectangular tube sliders

Front Axle/Suspension:

King pin shaved Dana 60 and custom truss
Triangulated 3-link with 14" travel ADS 2.5" coil overs and 2" hydraulic bump stops
PSC hydro assist

Rear Axle/Suspension:

Shaved 14 bolt with double triangulated 4 link and custom truss
16" travel ADS 2.5" coil overs and 2" hydraulic bump stops
Anti-rock rear sway bar

Rear Plated Bumper: (note: we did not build the front bumper/stinger)

3/16" plate bumper with hitch, D-ring tabs, high lift points, and tire/cooler swing out

Aluminum Dash:

By bringing the dash out closer to the steering wheel, it allows the customer to reach any switches while belted in.
We moved the steering column in line with the driver's seat with a custom tilt column.

The customer will button up the build and do the lights, gauges, wiring, fender flares, etc. himself! Can't wait to see this rig out off-roading. It sure is going to handle everything he encounters.
